Winemaking: Grapes were carefully harvested and gently crafted.

Maceration and fermentation lasted 12 days under the careful watch of the winemaker.

The young wine was matured for six months in contact with french oak wood.

It has a red intense color, aromas of black cherries and fine oak fragrance.

For taste, the wine offers a complex texture a good balance of flavors of black cherries jam, vanilla, caramel and hazelnut.

Recommended for serving at 16-18 degrees Celsius, with meat dishes, rabbit, veal, pork, cheeses and/or fresh vegetables salad.
