Winemaking: Grapes were selected carefully. Genuine stum fermented quietly carefully watched by the winemaker.
The young wine was maturated for 2 months on lees and 4 months in contact with french oak chips. It has a yellow - golden color, on the nose fresh field flowers aproma and fine oak fragrance. On the palate it offers an oily texture, with flavors of tropical fruit, vanilla.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 degres Celsius, with chikhen meat, fish and/or vegetables.
