Winemaking: Grapes were carefully harvested and processed. Maceration and fermentation lasted 12 days under constant watch of the winemaker.
The young wine was matured for six months in contact with french oak wood.
It has a red intense color, flavors of cherries and fine oak fragrance.
The wine offers a fine taste, balanced flavors of cherry jam, vanilla, chocolate and hazelnut.
Serve at 16-18 degrees Celsius, with dishes made out of red meats, rabbit,
veal, pork, cheeses and/or fresh vegetables salad.
