Winemaking: Grapes were carefully fermented. The genuine stum was left to sedate until the proper color and structure were obtained.

It fermented for a 10 days under the careful watch of the winemaker.

The young wine was matured for 4 months on leas after fermentation.

It offers a pink color with intense red berries aroma, and has a balanced slightly acid, joyful taste.

Serve at 10-12 degrees Celsius, with fish, chicken, and/or fresh vegetable salads
